Une édition DVD témoignant de l’extraordinaire jeunesse de la scène vidéo et musicale en Autriche. Ces travaux vidéos résolument tournés vers l’avant-garde émergent en toute logique de la scène moderne électronique. L’image se rapproche parfois de l’abstraction pure des premiers films d’avant-garde, mais tout en eux révèle des représentants de la technologie digitale contemporaine.



A DVD release celebrating the extraordinary young video and electronic music scene in Austria. These are radical avant-garde works that emerge logically from modern electronic music. The images sometimes tie in with the earliest pure abstract avant-garde films, but reveal themselves in everything to be exponents of contemporary digital technology.

Né en 1972 à Vienne; Master Class de Design Graphique au HGBLVA, Vienne. Travaille depuis 1990 sous le nom d’AUGE (Œil) comme illustrateur, dessinateur et producteur de films d’animation – ainsi que pour Internet (films Flash).

Didi Bruckmayr (ICH BIN TRAURIG)
Musique: Fuckhead

Né le 5 avril1966; vit à Linz en Autriche. Docteur ès économie. Depuis 1985 chanteur, acteur, créateur vidéo et performeur.
Activités internationales au sein du célèbre groupe de performance multimedia Fuckhead.
Travaux digitaux depuis 1999. Se spécialise dans les environnements en 3D et les procédés video en temps réel. Travaille avec des logiciels audio interactifs pour ses performances solo.
